Due to the österr. Hotelvertragsbestimmungen this is our cancellation policy:

cancellation before 3 month before arrival: no cancellation fee

cancellation between 3 and 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price

cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price

cancellation between 1 week before arrival and arrival: 90% of the total price

However, we guarantee you the security of being able to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival if there is a travel warning or a state quarantine order for return travelers, you yourself or fellow travelers are Covid-19 positive or Covid-19-related no skiing is possible.
